With over 21 years of experience, Hayley is a highly skilled stylist known for her expertise in classic styling, precision cutting and wedding hair. Her calm, reassuring presence and eye for detail make her a favourite among clients seeking polished, timeless looks—particularly for bridal and special occasions. Hayley works part-time to balance her thriving career with a full and vibrant family life. As a devoted mum to Freya and Oscar, she’s deeply involved in supporting her children’s passions, from rugby and football to competitive CrossFit. Her nurturing spirit extends into the salon, where she brings warmth, patience, and care to not only every appointment but her colleagues too. Hairdressing runs in the family—Hayley was inspired by her mother, also a hairdresser, and the two share a close bond that continues to shape Hayley’s love for the craft. This connection to her roots adds depth and meaning to her work, as she honours the legacy passed down to her.
Outside of the salon, Hayley and her family embrace the outdoor lifestyle. They join Chloe and Col for getaways in their campervan Sirius, where evenings are spent around the campfire, and days are filled with hiking, exploring, and creating memories. One standout adventure was climbing Snowdon—a proud achievement made even more special by Hayley overcoming her fear of heights. With her wealth of experience and kind, steady nature, Hayley continues to be a much-loved and valued member of the We Are Salon team.
